Back this week from Washington DC after attending the NIIMBL | The National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals annual meeting where I was invited as the PI to present updates to the NIIMBL community about our funded project titled ‘An Integrated Platform for Fully Automated, Continuous, & Real-Time Multi-Attributes Monitoring of Upstream Processes for Glycosylated Monoclonal Antibodies Production’.
Special thanks to all team members who have contributed to this project including Agilent Technologies (Wayne Heacock as project manager, Oscar Potter as Agilent co-PI, and Dustin Chang), Endress+Hauser Group (Sean Gilliam as E+H co-PI and David Strachan), and University of Delaware (Marianthi Ierapetritou as Delaware co-PI along with her graduate student Jayanth Reddy). This project was led at Rutgers by my postdoc Aditya Narvekar along with critical support by Nakeitha Brown (as the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation or LSAMP scholar) and Gokulnath Ganesan (as visiting Khorana program supported undergraduate scholar last year summer)…along with support from several undergraduate researchers at Rutgers.
Thanks to NIIMBL for the kind invite to present and funding support for our project (shout out to Namrata Raman and Chris Roberts)!
